وفاقی وزیر تعلیم نے بتایا کہ تعلیم کے شعبے میں کورونا بیماری کے پھیلائو کا جائزہ لیا گیا کیوں کہ 5 کروڑ طالب علم مختلف تعلیمی اداروں میں جاتے ہیں اور یہ ایسا شعبہ ہے جس پر بیماری کا براہِ راست اثر پڑتا ہے۔
صورت حال کے جائزے سے معلوم ہوا کہ سندھ اور بلوچستان میں حالات ابھی تک ٹھیک ہیں اس لیے وہاں 50 فیصد بچے پہلے کی طرح تعلیمی اداروں میں ایس او پیز پر عمل کرتے ہوئے تعلیم حاصل کریں گے۔
پنجاب ،خیبرپختونخوا اور آزاد کشمیر میں مسائل نظر آئے ہیں اس لیے پیر 15مارچ سے کچھ مخصوص شہروں کے تمام تعلیمی اداروں میں موسم بہار کی چھٹیاں دینے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔
انھوں نے بتایا کہ پنجاب کے جن اضلاع کے تعلیمی اداروں میں چھٹیاں دی جائیں گی ان میں فیصل آباد، گوجرانوالہ، لاہور، گجرات، راولپنڈی، سیالکوٹ اور ملتان شامل ہیں۔ جہاں تعلیمی ادارے 15سے28مارچ تک بند رہیں گے۔
وفاقی وزیر تعلیم شفقیت محمود نے کہا کہ فیصلے کا اطلاق اسلام آباد پر بھی ہوگا اور وفاقی دارالحکومت کے بھی تمام تعلیمی ادارے پیر 15مارچ سے موسم بہار کی چھٹیوں کے لیے بند ہوجائیں گے جو 28 مارچ تک بند رہیں گے۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ آزاد کشمیر کے دارالحکومت مظفرآباد کے لیے بھی یہی فیصلہ متوقع ہے ، خیبرپختونخوا میں اس فیصلے کا اطلاق صرف پشاور میں ہوگا۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ اجلاس میں تقریحی پارک شام 6 بجے بند کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا جبکہ اسلام آباد میں دفاتر میں 50 فیصد حاضری پر دوبارہ اتفاق کیا گیا ہے۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ ملک بھر میں شام 6 بجے تفریحی پارک بند کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے جب کہ اسلام آباد میں دفاتر میں 50 فیصد عملے کی حاضری کے فیصلے پر بھی عملدر آمد جاری رہے گا۔
ڈاکٹر فیصل سلطان کا کہنا تھا کہ سنیما ہالز کو 15 مارچ سے کھولنے کا فیصلہ واپس لے لیا گیا ہے اور ہوٹلوں کے اندر کھانے پر بھی پابندی عائد ہوگی جب کہ شادیوں اور دیگر ان ڈور تقریبات سمیت مزارات کو بھی کھولنے کا فیصلہ واپس لے لیا گیا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ بیماری کے پھیلائو کے تناسب سے اسمارٹ لاک ڈائون لگاتے رہیں گے، عوام ماسک کا مستقل استعمال یقینی بنائیں جب کہ ان تمام فیصلوں پر 12 اپریل کو نظر ثانی
کی جائے گی۔
